With the press of two fingers atop a wine bottle, and a twist or two the 4 separate moving cutting blades, the foil seal atop your wine bottle will have a neat, clean cut without wielding a knife. Spring Steel half way thru the beautiful wood work allows the cutters to make contact with the foil on top your bottle of wine. Beautiful solid Padauk wood adorn the top of this beautiful cutter. A highly lacquered finish make these elegant hostess or housewarming gifts. Each wood item gets 8 coats of lacquer and hand rubbed and polished to a piano like finish. Dimensions are approx 2 1/2 inches in diameter by 7/8 inches thick. The cutter will work on any foil on top a bottle to 1 1/8 inches in diameter or smaller.
